Welcome to the web-site of Guest Pride Hotel Ltd, a hotel currently under construction in the prestigious Farm Center Layout of the commercial city of Kano. The site is located directly behind the first modern shopping mall in Kano, the Country Mall.
The hotel is purposely designed to cater for the needs of both short and long stay guests, with the aim of providing the guest a cause for pride and absolute privacy in the homely environment.

A) THE FACILITIES - top
The hotel is designed to have
- 18 No. Suites, each with sitting area, kitchenette, bedroom, wardrobe and a bathroom.
- 22 No. double rooms.
- Restaurant and kitchen.
- Reception hall, waiting, visitors toilets, retail shop. Reception desk.
- Gymnasium, business centre.
- Conference room of 100 seating capacity.
- Laundry, staff shower/changing room.
- Bulk storage store.
- Car parking for up to 25 cars within the premises.
- Borehole, and standby generator.
B) STAGE OF CONSTRUCTION - top
The building is in 3 floors inclusive of ground floor. Construction work has reached finishes level, having all plastering and rendering internally and externally completed. Plaster of paris (POP) ceiling has been completed in all areas. All common/public floor areas are to be finished with granite flooring, while bedrooms, sitting rooms and toilets will be finished in verified ceramic tiles.
Currently, two suites have been completed as “sample rooms”.
